Issued by Scotiabank at $150 CAD annually, the card earns 3x Scene+ points at Sobeys-banner grocery stores, 2x at other eligible grocery stores, dining, entertainment, and daily transit purchases worldwide, and 1x on all other spending. The combination of no foreign transaction fees, 6 complimentary airport lounge passes per year, and a 10 GB GigSky international data plan makes this one of the more complete travel companion cards in the mid-fee segment.

The card was rebranded from "Scotiabank Passport Visa Infinite" to Scotiabank Passport Visa Infinite + on April 25, 2026, with the GigSky data plan added as a standard cardholder benefit. Fee, earn rates, and core travel benefits carried over unchanged.

Who this card is for

This card is a strong fit for travellers who make purchases in foreign currencies regularly — online shopping from international retailers, travel bookings in USD or EUR, or spending abroad — and want a Visa that waives the standard 2.5% foreign transaction fee. The income requirement is $60,000 CAD individual or $100,000 CAD household. Six lounge passes cover a couple of international trips with a lounge visit each way. Everyday earners who do their grocery shopping at Sobeys-family stores will also get meaningful value from the 3x rate on those purchases between trips.
